Amazon Fire Log In Issue - Stuck at Turbolifting to the Bridge -SOLVED-

Can t log in on my amazon kindle fire anymore. The bar isn t moving. Stuck at „Turbolifting to the Bridge“,

    Of course. You know i am a Pro. ;-) And if i remember corr3ct we had the same issue some months ago where the game was stuck at the exact same loading screen on amazon devices. So please look into and fix it. I want to buy the event offer but can t without my kindle. Thx

    Not at this time, no - I also do not see other reports of this.
    Do you remember what you did in the game prior to this happening?

    I switched accounts(since i have 3 toons). When i restarted the game, as it is neccessary when you switch, it happened.

    I also deleted and reinstalled the game, then log in worked, but as new account(had to play tutorial again), when i switched it got stuck again on the loading screen on the exact same spot.

    On my iOS device i can log in with the account without any issues at all.

    So it could be, that this is only related when you switch accounts. When you only play the same account on the device the issue might not be occur.

    Just another suggestion, have you tried clearing the cache and/or data as well?
