The Big Book of Behold Advice

The Big Book
What this is:
What this is not:
What this is:
- A second opinion for behold, citation, and general crew evaluation available any time, even if you're a night owl. We strive to write up new crew A.S.A.P. in case you're mulling pack purchases or event planning.
- An evaluation of all existing super rare and legendary crew that's as thorough as I can make it. This includes, but is not limited to; base power and rank, voyage power and rank, base and base pair valuation, voyage skill set valuation, arena work (initialization time, boost amount, duration, passive stats, etc.), event count and likelihood of future events, base among variants/variant competition for events, gauntlet power (single rolls, ranked pairs, skill set competition, etc.), collections, thaw-ability (super rares), traits, value over replacement in all areas, and other such factors.
- A completely subjective grouping that's meant to give a general sense of value only.
- Additional features/advice such as highlighting fluctuations in a crew's value, available (and 'value' of) skill sets and base pairs currently in game, when to add (or not add) stars to your crew, and other things I can think of to add.
What this is not:
- An objective ranking.
- A list of best base crew. You will often times want to consult the Level 100 Spreadsheet if you're looking to target a specific area of your game.
- Accounting for your own personal roster construction and how much you like a character - the two most important factors.
- A replacement for crowd-sourcing opinions on crew or doing your research with some of the many other fine community resources we have. If you just want to look up some guy's ranking number and pick a crew based on that, I get it - it's a mobile game. Just don't post "but he's tier X" if you're later unhappy.

I believe you're comparing his unboosted score against a list of crew with starbase and collection bonuses. As of right now he is #68 in the level 100 spreadsheet (#70 when you factor in the gauntlet collection and #69 with no bonuses applied).
The change was done to add a handful of functions, but yes the doc has ~600 images atm and google pages have a tendency to lag regardless. Unless I hosted my own website, there's not much I can do about that. There's a text-only link in the intro with just the crew notes.

Will someone else be taking over?
Seconding. I've only just discovered this guide, but it's already proven really valuable. Thank you for your work on it, AutomaGarters, and if anyone else picks up the reins, I'm very grateful to you too.
Possibly work has stopped on it in protest.
I don't get that concept... If people are spamming reddit excessively, shouldn't the forum mods delete some posts and warn the users to stop or be banned? I don't see how that would affect this google doc being updated (especially since a lot of people using it don't visit the reddit forum regularly).
The recent happenings with the behold bot are indeed a bummer. I'm really passionate about crew eval - pm me or hit me up on Discord any time and we'll chat about crew until someone has to sleep. So hearing 'tier, tier, tier' is like the professor grading your paper after reading only the first sentence on each page. There's a lot that goes into it!
But having a job and family is also one of many concerns. If I don't have the time and desire to make a quality product, the updates stop. That's happened before for a few months. This time there's someone willing to step up to the plate so three cheers for him.
The doc's ever-growing size does mean longer load times. You are not the only person that has difficulty loading it at times. I would not at all mind a different format that circumvents the issue, doubly so if it would allow me to edit it in locations where Google docs are inaccessible, but I am no programmer and certainly cannot pay any amount for hosting something. If someone has ideas though, I'm all ears.

The Datacore site also has a text-only version of the complete Big Book.

It seems to update about a day after any changes are made to the original doc, but otherwise is completely up to date.
Has anyone else experienced this redirect (meaning there isn’t really anything I can do myself) or is this an issue only I am experiencing (meaning I will continue my own troubleshooting)?
I am getting that same error on the mobile version of Reddit, so no, it's not just you. I do not know what is causing it or how to fix it, so any help would be very much appreciated.

This link talks about how to turn off cross-site tracking, which sounds like a paranoid feature to prevent relevant advertising to me:

another method talking about enabling cookies for specific sites:

hope these help!
