edit: relogged in twice. to enter event just cycles through the dialog.

I just went through the dialogue just find, popped a supply kit, and ran a load of space battles... only to find I didn't get any Intel!

I trust I'll get those carefully-saved chrons back from Support?

Oh look, another hybrid event that broke at the phase change...you can set your watch by them.

Same here. Quit and reloaded. still won't work. Jumps into the faction screen with the three event factions highlighted. Android platform.

Same, logging out and back in doesn't change it. The timer does say Phase 2/2...but goes into the faction section.

I am moving in circles through the discussions of Garak, T'Pol and Seven of the faction part of the event and then end up in the shuttle section. No Skirmish in sight. Same on my Android mobile, Bluestacks and Facebook.

I'm having the same issue. I opened up all my possible factions and set for phase change, but it isn't happening.

Same here via Steam; keep being redirected back to phase I character beginning dialogue and then the Faction screens open. Probably worth still sending shuttles off though?
