Android Update - Account Reset Fix

Greetings, Captains!

Our v7.2.0 client on android introduced an account reset issue that we have attempted to fix previously without success. We’ve continued to search for a solution and now believe we have the proper fix in place. As such we’ve released a new version of 7.2.0 for android today, please update as soon it becomes available to you.

We appreciate the patience shown by our players affected by this issue, we apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused.

Our Support Team continues to provide assistance to players having difficulties regaining access to their account.

As a reminder: if your account is reset but is linked to an email address/password or to your Facebook profile, you will be able to get back into your account by signing in. To login into your account, please follow these steps:
- start the game
- go to Menu -> Settings
- choose Create an account -> then choose Already have an account?
- sign in with your email address and password or choose FB Connect if your account is associated with your FB profile.
If the game is currently showing you as signed in, choose the Switch Account option in Settings and follow the steps laid out above.

Should you not see an account option in your game, please remove the app and install it again.

If your account was not registered our Support Team will need more information to assist you, such as:

- the DBID associated with your account, any other email address you might have used to contact us
- name that you gave yourself in-game, level, exact fleet name, and any other details about your account.

- a recent purchase receipt (purchase history) from the platform where the purchase was made
