    All I get is the Ad to purchase Featured Ships for the event. None of my Ships are available for selection.

    Do you have another device you could use?
    This is a weird and rare issue for which we do not have a solution yet.

    However previously some players have had some success in selecting a ship on another platform and that allowed them to continue in the windows10 app afterwards. Is that something you would be able to try?

    Nope, I just have my Desktop PC. I can't run games on my work Phone or Laptop...against Policy. :(
    Oh well...at least in Elite mode, I can cut through it quickly like a hot knife through butter. ;)

    FYI: After the Upgrade/Downgrade yesterday, I can now get to the Epic skirmishes in the event.

    Cannot create thread&somehow cannot find any of my past ticket mails so i had to write here, to whom it may concern:
    I have been unable to launch the game since this morning, for 4 hours now, i tried 2 up-to-date devices, 3 networks, a modem reset, deleting and redownloading the game and nothing has worked so far. It starts the game then gets stuck at “Communicating..” i have been unable to do dailies so far but i’m afraid i will miss the event And premium campaign accolades should this problem persist. I can provide my dbid but i cannot ticket. How can i reach support teams? Thank you in advance

    You should now be able to create your own discussion, you will need to sign out and sign in again.
    I am sorry you are currently unable to have the game load completely.

  • Has anyone else not been able to enter the event yet? My screen is still showing the "Done" icon from last week's event. I've tried rebooting my app/phone, as well as doing a fresh install through steam on my computer, but the problem is the same everywhere. I've submitted a ticket, but was wondering if anyone else has had this problem (and if they have any ideas on how to solve it).

    game is currently force closing for all my fleet who use ios devices. is there any issue with apple and stt? none of us can open the game
  • Hi I’m having the same issue. As soon as I open the game it instantly closes. Restarted my device (iPhone) and even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Been trying for a while now. Glad I’m not the only one.

    There was an issue last night due to Facebook releasing a SDK change, it affected various apps including ours. This has now been resolved.
  • I'm having issues with the game repeatedly crashing. At first, it was just when I wanted to click on the "watch an ad" for a free spin, or scan again, or free warp, etc. (repeatedly failed on all). Now the entire system crashes before it finishes loading or just quits in the middle. What's the deal? Am I the only one? I'm on iOS on an iPAD, with the latest iOS update. This just started happening with the latest game update earlier this week.
  • I've been having an ongoing problem with dependent dilemma where I select the "correct" response to a dilemma, and it is recorded properly, but then the next dilemma in the chain comes up and is treated as if I had chosen the wrong option.eugcxp3iimch.jpg

  • Hello, I have updated game on phone to 7.5.2 Now the game freezes at start up loading combadge. I have forced stop game, forced stop google play, turned phone off and on and it continues to freeze. The game does play on Steam, although on Steam, the game acts erratic with the screen shrinking and growing. It's playable, just kind of wonky. I would like to know how to get game operating again on phone. Samsung 8 Thanks!

  • Hi, I’m new-ish but can’t make posts yet. This would fit better in “Make It So”, but that board doesn’t have a thread like this so here goes...

    Could we have the post-arena battle display show the enemy ship with stats and crew, the way it does when you’re choosing your opponent? I think that would be a helpful tool for learning the arena mechanic, and a step to making it less frustrating.

    I just joined Disruptor Beam, but when I look at my profile, the dbid number there isn't the same as the one I see when I load the game. I wasn't asked what my number was when creating the account. Is this an issue? I'm hoping to use datacore.app.

    You might be able to update your account information by tapping the Reset button at this link:

    If not, I would suggest submitting a ticket to CS with your information and requested action. Hope that helps & isn’t telling you what you already knew!

    For clarification, the DataCore website uses the DBID to access a player’s .json file, as opposed to the DataCore bot used on various Discord servers. The bot does not require the DBID info, but may use it as a personalization option. 🖖
