Since the last pinned topic is quite out of date I've compiled a list of resources that will help players of all levels. If you have a guide you want featured send me a PM and I'll add it to the list.

General Help:

Star Trek Timelines Wiki: Community led wiki of all information about Timelines. This should be your first stop for any information about the game. Everything from crew stats to event information is featured here.

Star Trek Timelines Discord: Discord server for all Timelines chat. Best place to get advice or information or just general Timelines chat.

The Datacore by @TemporalAgent7 : A very good resource for crew information as well as behold helpers and voyage calculations. Features comprehensive information about all crew in the game and analysis on your own roster.

Latest Crew L100 Stats Sheet by @"Paladin 27" : A continually updated list of all Fully Fused crew in the game. Note: Not been updated since Nov 25th

SSR Crew Cost Guide and Behold Simulator: A brilliant resource from the SSR folks, a comprehensive database of how many resources it takes to fully equip a crew. Also a hilarious Behold Simulator that I've spent more time playing with than I care to admit.

The Timelines Backend Stats Super Hyper Edition: Similar to the L100 Sheet this is a comprehensive list of all crew stats in the game. But also features Pair/Triplet Data and many other extraneous statistics.

Faction Mission Rewards List: This is a quick guide to all the items you get from faction missions.

Automaton_2000's Tanking Shuttles Guide: Interested in Tanking Shuttles for fun and profit, look inside!

Cadet Advice

Great work, @[10F] Captain Idol! Two quick things: 1) Wasn't there a Gauntlet calculator once upon a time? Is there one now? 2) In the blurb for my little guide to crew decisions, would you be kind enough to include a notation that it features a flowchart made by @Data1001? There is sort of one in the Crew lvl 100 stats spreadsheet.

Sorted and @SvenLundgren is correct about the L100 sheet.

Thanks, but I meant an app that calculated the odds of a specific match. Someone devised one way back when the Gauntlet debuted. You typed in the min and max of both opponents and whatever crit chance they had, and it showed the probabilities of outcomes on a graph. If memory serves, someone else devised another one based on a different mathematical system. Or maybe it was just back and forth talk in the same thread about how to perfect the one app?

Wasn’t that in the iampicard app? I just remember it being mentioned; I never used it.

The iampicard app did have that feature, nothing is currently available (that I know of) has that feature. The Crew lvl 100 stats spreadsheet just has the ability to find 45%, 25% crew when you give it the traits.

Added in Cadet statistics into the Big Book Of Backend Data. A full Cadet Book update is in the works too.

I lost my 6am pst Chrition refills, how do I get them back? And the Ferengi goes from levels 84 on one box and the next is 494, how do I get a patch to fix these?

Not quite sure what you mean here? There is no patch for this game other than updates as this is a mobile game. And what Ferengi? Factions, Nagus Brunt?

Not sure if this has been like this before, I don't see something similar, but I've completed what I'm calling the Farming Guide.

It catalogs every piece of equipment, component, and ship schematic available in the faction shuttles, the cadet challenges, the episode missions, and the distress calls. This is for only after you've completed all the required nodes for each.

I've acquired all the information from the Wiki, so if something's missing, my apologies, and please let me know so I can correct my master sheet.

Again, I know this info is posted on the Wiki, but not in a sortable, handy, easily accessed, offline source.

If you don't need it or like it, or think I've duplicated already finished work, sorry, just ignore this.

Under the Cadet Advice section - the Cadet Challenge Reference Sheet:

• I noticed you can download to add starbase/collection bonuses, but it only seems to include those for proficiency, not for base. Do you need to manually change the base stats for those crew you own?
• Does this include recently-added 2* and 3* crew?

EDIT: for background, I’m unfreezing crew to finish off the last handful of cadet nodes.

My fleetmate @DavideBooks and I were discussing that all of the links and sheets and info provided by everyone here is based on FFE stats. There's nothing just dedicated to just FE at 1 star.

So I've created a new file that lists all 4 and 5 star crew, with their skills at 1/4 and 1/5 FE respectively.

It also includes rankings for Shuttles, Voyages, and Gauntlet for each card at the 1/4 and 1/5 level.

This should come in handy for Behold choices, plus, for many of us, the 5 star crew often stay at 1/5 for a long time, so this is a more accurate view of their daily usefulness instead of seeing their 5/5 skills.

There was the Incredible Gauntlet Odds Recalculator. I have a (not-working ) link to the old forums, otherwise I have no idea where I got it from - it's a simple exe that I'd be happy to upload to my dropbox if anyone wants it. I rarely use it as I have IAmTosk's Crew Management tool, which is IAmPicard without the ability to input into the game - it just advises. You can get it here.

My spreadsheet speed dial is mostly just the same sheet but with notes such as "why the hell is this not working", anyway it's added now!

I still use my former Admiral’s sheet, double-side printed & monochrome, because I respect her & my old fleetmates for their effort to compile it. I use Seven’s sheet also. All of these community resources have helped me become a stronger player.

I've re-updated my Big Book Of Backend Sheet (which served stats for the Big Book and other sheets) and renamed it to the "Timelines Backend Stats Super Hyper Edition" purely as there is pretty much every statistic on a crew you could want in there.
Also it's now a lot faster for me to update. I shall however continue to make it prettier.

Thanks for creating this. Any chance of adding archetype ids? The reason I ask is that I've create a script to import data from Disruptor Beam directly to Google Sheets (Source available at github.com/joshurtree/STT-Datasheet-Updater). I already use the Timelines Backend Stats Hyper sheet for some of the infomation needed.

It largely replicates the data provided at Datacore so that it can be used to update Do Not Airlock and your Datacore analysis sheet in far fewer steps. However I'm having a problem with frozen crew as only their archetype ids are provided by Disruptor Beam. I need a source to map them to the actual stats. Any help would be much appreciated.

Interesting. Not me personally but @TemporalAgent7 might be worth speaking to for any Datacore information.

You don't need the extra step of texteditor.co and so on, you can get the data from the server directly from your google script. Here's a spreadsheet I created a while back based on the IAmPicard Google Sheets add-in (since deprecated), see the code in there (it adds a pane for logging in and so on): https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/18Q-X-kWhjdMSkq93g6TIWNKAusyGXSsGCxbyWBEGGZk/edit#gid=0

It should be easy enough to integrate in any spreadsheet (although none of the bigger ones like Idol's or the DNA shown interest because people are wary of running scripts).

It may need to be updated as I don't personally use it and haven't tested it in a while.

I avoided direct login due to the message on Datacore about problems attempting it. The login system seems completely shot anyway. I lost my first game when it refused to accept any login attempt (wouldn't even send me an e-mail to reset the password) . My current account is linked to Facebook but now my screen name is stuck on guest_xxxxxxxxxxxxx. Maybe I'm just cursed.

However the code supplies exactly what I'm looking for to get details of frozen immortals and has some other goodies to get my teeth into. So many thanks for that. Got a remote exam starting in two hours so I'm going to have to somehow resist digging in for a day.
