Battle Arena Temporary Achievement Compensation

Greetings Captains!

As was communicated last week, we are aware that some of our players were affected by a Battle Arena issue that negatively impacted their progress in the related temporary achievement.

This mainly impacted players on Steam prior to our client roll-back (7.6.0 to 7.5.2).
Other platforms were less significantly affected.

To correct the situation, we’ve looked at:

- number of battle arena tickets spent
- progress in the temporary achievement

For players where these two data points did not match, we issued the reward (Dilithium or 10-packs) for the achievement tiers that would have been reached if all the battle arena tickets spent had been counted properly.

Please note that in granting compensation we considered that any previous achievement tiers had been previously claimed when reached.

We know that some of the affected players purchased Battle Arena tickets specifically to compensate for the tickets spent not being counted, with the goal to complete the temporary achievement. This is not something that we could account for with this correction. If you are in this situation, please reach out to our Player Support Team for assistance.

  • Seeing the tickets we are receiving since this mail went out, I feel the need to clarify something:

    Having to purchase 30 Battle Arena tickets to reach the last tiers of the temporary achievement was not an error. There is no cause for compensation in that regard.
