Server Error When Pressing the "Process" Button on Advanced Reclamation Unit

This seems to be a very new bug since we've never experienced anything like this before and I have not seen any mention of it from other players.

The entire Fleet is affected by this as numerous members have attempted to press the button and all have gotten the error message which then completely freezes the game.

We've also tried on all the different platforms (Android, iOS, Steam, Facebook Gamesroom and Windows 10) and every single one has had the same issue.

This bug is quite concerning since we'll be unable to continue to donate and lose out on the Fleet chrons, if the same thing occurs on the Dynamic Reclamation Unit,

Tickets have been sent to CS but I thought it best to post here as well since this could eventually happen to other Fleets.

    Update

    The Server error with the Advanced Reclamation Unit continues but we were able to process the Dynamic Reclamation Unit today with no problem. So it seems the bug is isolated to just this one unit.

    I would like to add that despite this being an unsual situation, it is extremely frustrating, to say the least, when a CS Agent responds to a ticket on this issue with copy paste instructions on how Dynamic and Advanced Reclamation Unit Rooms work! <insert facepalm gif here> Completely ignoring the actual problem we are having.

    This particular Agent is quite known in the community for these kinds of lackadaisical responses.

    I remember a thread in here with the exact same issue,
    but they couldn t hit any reclamation replicator at all and were stuck.

    I found the ticket and it is indeed not the reply you should have gotten.
    We addressed a similar issue a few weeks ago but the fix is not live yet.

    I will let the team know.
  • And I will work with Support for a solution for you in the interim.

    It's working for me and several other members are also reporting that the Advanced Reclamation Unit is functional again on their platforms. We can also confirm receiving the Gold Replicator Ration in the mail.
