I will not cut n paste the emails, that would be rude. But.... lets say a short term admiral left a level 116 fleet to a new member, level 12....... who was inactive for 14 days, logged in over the weekend, zeroed the event...... and cs told ya.... **tsk tsk** it

I am sorry this happened, but this is indeed a situation where CS cannot intervene.
But I will use this example to put additional context to the request for more fleet tools.
