Steam client update issue

Steam installed a new update today for the game and now the touch screen on my laptop isn't working, but only for STT. Is anyone else having this issue? The touch screen is still working for other apps.

    I confirm the same bug with the touch screen on Steam. I'm using a tablet. I tried with a mouse plugged in and then the game works.

    Mouse works but touch screen is still disabled for the game buttons.

    I'd like to know if this HUGE bug will be fixed.

    3 full months (and one update? Major update?) later...the touch screen controls still don't work.
